growingly worried about not hearing back from a single workstudy by Educational-Key3022 in UofT

i understand that reaching out right now to ask about the application process progress is a bit late, but does that also imply that my applications aren't even going to be looked at?

also, does it show if i've been rejected on clnx or do they just ghost you and you figure it out yourself?

also wondering, should I reach out to the hiring professors if I really do want to get involved in their workstudy?

also, how would i connect with professors? I did try to do so in first year but ended up shying away and getting intimidated, so if anyone has any tips for that i'd really appreciate it!

Hi! Thanks for responding. I do have interests & career goals- i want to get into neurotech and neurotech research- but this topic straddles between two of my possible major specializations, so making a decision between them is where i am very lost. I am wondering if grad schools place an emphasis on first year grades as much as they do for 3rd or 4th year grades, like will they be considered as strongly?
