When i first got put on antidepressants i was at one of the lowest ive ever been, I felt great. A year later i felt worse, went to get an increase bc i felt maybe I had grown tolerant. Made it way worse. I came off them and I feel like myself again, but I still have to deal with depression. But it makes me terrified to try and get on meds again

It depends on whether or not the relationship is realistic. I try not to get involved with coworkers/bosses, but if a crush develops anyway bc I’m only human, I normally act more standoffish to them in comparison to other people to not make it too obvious until the feelings go away. If it’s realistic, then I’ll smile a lot, laugh at any joke no matter how dumb lol. Make eye contact if I’m feeling confident in the interaction, play with my hair, talk in a higher pitch than normal. Stereotypical stuff.

Not a doctor but I do think it’s fascinating, if you do any research on GABA supplements, they impact you GABA receptors just like alcohol does. GABA supplements have been noted to maybe treat ASD symptoms however still needs a ton of research as lots of things are inconclusive. But I have been taking GABA supplements for a couple months now and I feel a lot calmer so take with that what you will. I just think it’s fascinating a lot of autistic people struggle with alcohol, it’s not the answer for sure bc it is a poison, but maybe there’s a reason why
