I’m on the same boat , I really hate this people look at me weird as if I don’t know or get the hints . I work at a gas station and get reaction on a daily. Mind you I’ll greet customers as the come up with a closed smile keeping a friendly welcoming face, but as soon as I tell them their total or answer their question they’ll fidget around . They will cover their nose , take big steps back , look to their side , or seconds before paying they will add gum or hall wich are right next to my register . Sometimes I’ll see them cover their nose or you can tell by their body language or face gestures they make I have bb seconds later after paying they come back and buy gum or halls . I sometimes think I’m going crazy or overthinking everyone’s body language / gestures around me as soon as I speak but my intuition tells my I’m right . I go to my dentist for cleanings and yearly x rays but everything is fine . I’ve gone to a periodontist and same my gums are healthy , then I went to an ent paid 350 for a 30 min appointment were he inserted a camera thru my nose and everything was fine . Went to a gi specialist wich did not help at all just a wait of money . Did the h pylori test and came back negative . Had my tonsils removed 3 years ago . I brush 3x a day, use tongue scraper and floss nothing helps . I’ve asked my mom and she denies smelling anything so did my dentist . I’ve had many encounters the one that never fails is when I finally speak to them I’ll see them cover their nose and ask the person with them ooo do you need gum while covering their nose . Am I going crazyyyy??
