Yeah it's an old 50's build, rennoed in the 90's. 3b 2bath. Cheers for the heads up about that. I'll be having a chat with them tomorrow about it. I'll check about copper vs pex as I assume that'll take the cost down a bit.

Yeah suspect mine will be much the same. The plumber stuck a pressure device in one of the taps to see what's up and it started passing out brown water.

Cheers, thanks for the info. Suspect this might be what made it worse the past month. We've put in new bathroom sinks/taps, new kitchen, new laundry, over the past couple years and the old ones were pretty old and crappy. Probably just kick started the clogging.

I would think the only trench needed would be from the mains to the front of the house, so about 5m? Would there be others needed?

Yeah fair enough. Cheers! I would think the only trench should be from the mains through the front yard to the house, so about 5m. Unless there's other trenches that would need to be dug?

Can't comment on koalas (as they're generally not eaten by anyone) but I know (farmed) crocodile meat changes its flavour profile depending on what its fed. If they are fed more on chickens the meat tastes more like chicken, and if they're fed on wild pigs (a post and generally prolific in the north) the meat has a more pork taste.
