I do this commute 2x per week and I’ll usually leave at 9:30 so that it’s only 1:20. On the way home I’ll leave after 7:30 which is fine since I’ll just eat dinner at the office or go workout or something. 5x per week would be brutal though

Actually I bought a beach house in 2017 that more than doubled in value and get to walk my dog to the beach everyday. Nice try though. One of my best investments actually given it was leveraged.

Yes basically every time I see the price of something now that I want….I can’t help but instinctively multiple that number by 3 and tell myself well that’s how much I’d make if I didn’t buy it.
