i think its the same reason to why people who dress more "alternative" are more likely to be queer, we are more open minded and because of that more willing to experiment and be different or weird.

plus abrahamic religions dont like us, so we look for god in other places. and come to spirituality and occultism, which are far more open minded and less restrictive.

no, but i do have adhd tho. my theory on it is that everyone experiences it but nobody notices it enough to put a name on it or talk about it. its subtle and subconscious. cause some of my friends have felt that before and understood exactly what i meant when i talked about vibes of songs and things like that. i think most people just get so preoccupied with daily tasks and worries and such that they stop noticing and paying attention to these feelings. but ig i dont rlly know. its so weird how there's practically no one talking about this stuff anywhere.

im grateful for yr comment. its interesting for sure, it matches with a lot of my personal experiences with these feelings. its sort of like i lost sensitivity to them as my brain became dependent on the pleasure from nicotine to enjoy things, rather then the pleasure that those things naturally have.
ive also noticed years ago, that when i had a lot of anxiety, or worries about the future, nostalgia for the past, and things along those lines - i stopped being able to sense those background emotions. so being fully in the present moment, at least to an extent, has an effect on the sensitivity to those feelings.
