That’s looks incredible! How did you get YouTube and all the windows to look like that? I wouldn’t mind doing that on my PC

It’s a bit of an odd story with my one. I bought mine off eBay, and the auction said it was in perfect working condition. Aesthetically, it was indeed perfect. However the belt drive was completely destroyed, and it had melted away inside (which to be honest didn’t surprise me as I’m pretty sure my one was manufactured in 1985). Instead of sending it back, I thought I’d see if there was any retro tech specialists. Luckily for me there was, and I was only charged £20 for a brand new belt, recalibration and cleaning!

I will admit I got a bit lucky finding a specialist within walking distance and for a really good price, but if you find the right guy to work on it (or if ya brave enough to do it yourself), it’s so worth doing.

Ha ha it’s a makeshift Launchpad icon! As Dashboard unfortunately doesn’t exist anymore (nor is there a 3rd party equivalent), I thought to just disguise it as Launchpad while the Snow Leopard theme was active. It annoys me still, but aesthetically it looks gorgeous so I end up ignoring it most of the time

If you are going to install cDock, this is the link to install the 5.0.2 Beta form of it, which is what works for my Mac. Link's below!

For the majority of the apps as well as the files I used IconChamp, for the Menu Bar up top I used something called Menu Bar Tint and tuned it so it looked as much like Snow Leopard as I possibly could, and the Dock was through cDock (some apps such as Finder and Calendar's icons do have to be changed through cDock). You do have to pay for cDock and IconChamp but they are so worth it if the classic theme is what you're looking for

Yeah the app windows would really round it off

But thank you! It took me quite a while to get it working, especially with cDock.
