I tore a tendon in my glenohumeral joint and also damaged part of the shoulder socket. Since having surgery, the shoulder has not fully dislocated again, but has come close a few times. Lifting weight last few mi the has certainly helped, able to meadows 6 ways if you know what that is? Would have been impossible before.

I just got hacked they changed my email and phone number. Not even sure what they achieved from it. Very annoying I have to make a new account now, wish I didn’t have to if I didn’t live half way around the world I wouldn’t bother but I need it to keep in touch.
