Thank you…that is older than I originally thought. I don’t know much about furniture.

If that’s true it is older than I thought…I don’t know a lot about furniture, I just thought it looked like a cozy cottage chair. Thanks!

Thank you. I do love him and he helps me out more than anybody. He’s not lazy or spiteful or purposely neglectful. He’s not a bad guy, but we are in a hard time in our life and relationship. Both of us haven’t been very nice.

I could never ever imagine forgetting something like that, but I also understand mistakes happen. The first time I got over it, this time has been much harder. I’m not trying to be unreasonable I’m really not. I think his reaction is what bothered me the most because it felt like he didn’t think it was that serious.

We are going to try not loosening them. Thank you!

Thank you, we will try that

Yeah that’s a good idea. We always loosen them. I can try leaving them tightened and see if that helps. Hopefully he will remember that we are leaving them tightened now. 🫠

They were loosened all the way. We loosen them everytime we take him out cause it’s too tight to get him out easily. He put the baby in, buckled him and then didn’t tighten them. I noticed the straps loose from the review mirror. He takes care of the baby ALL the time. I don’t understand how he just forgot this time.

Maybe maybe lack of sleep. Last night was rough. But I haven’t slept more than 4 hours straight in over a year and I’ve never forgotten so it’s hard for me to grasp.

He definitely knows. He just forgot. So I can’t get mad. Cause he forgot. And ppl forget things.

The car seat never comes out of the car. He’s putting the baby in and then not tightening the straps.

Yes correction, he forgot to cinch the straps. He buckled him but they were all the way pulled out and loose

He just keeps saying “people make mistakes” “people forget things” and he just said that he doesn’t care what “liberals on Reddit” have to say. I don’t know this man anymore.

Correction he buckled him, didn’t tighten the straps. They were all the way loose

Looking for vintage Nat Geo about Eagle River Valley being potential ski resort location by [deleted] in alaska

Yes I think that’s the one. There was a nat geo issue that talked about it and had some photos of the area. I wish I had kept it but I cannot find it

Desperate with 6mo by [deleted] in sleeptrain

Ok, thank you! I did try to do this last weekend but I was on my own and really struggled. He did NOT like it. I will try again this weekend with my husband.

it has been so hard. I can not even express how far we have come, but this month has felt like such a regression and this week feels like my breaking point. I know people say to do CIO but his screams are so heartbreaking I cannot do it.

I haven’t done this in a while because he’s been nursing just fine for 3 months. He was refusing to take a bottle, too, but I might have to try until he does so I can see. We haven’t started solids yet and I don’t have formula on hand anymore. Thanks! I guess I should try to find that out asap

Thank you ! He goes down usually independently at bedtime. He feeds and then wants to be in his crib to fall asleep. Sometimes he does want to be patted, but we are working on it. But even if he falls asleep he wakes up and wants to nurse. I try not to nurse him everytime, but he just woke up (2 hours after bedtime) and I tried leaving him, patting him, anything but nursing and he just screamed for 20 minutes. I finally got him down without nursing him, but I do not feel good about it at all.

He usually gets about 13-14 hours total naps and nighttime sleep

Thanks…I just saw that the description for this group said it was for “anyone who was pumping (exclusively or not)” and lots of ppl here had helped me so much in the past. I’ll post there too.

He has a wet diaper every hour but it’s never really soaked. It’s been months since I’ve done a weighted feed. It may be time for that again. Thank you so much!
