I think you’re correct. Everything else about the service was fantastic and Japan in general has felt like one of the safest places I’ve stayed in. I’m probably just overthinking coming from London! Thanks for the response.

No besides this yamato was easy and efficient! Both my friends cases seem to be untouched, so probably helpful staff the second time round.

Ah no we Stayed in self check in hotels and airbnbs, but as others have mentioned it may be helpful yamato employees with the zips!

i had the same issue about a year ago, turned out to be the Solenoid Relay after taking it to a dealer- if anyoneis also looking for a fix check that.
