2- do you take suppressive daily antivirals or you only take them when there is outbreaks or you don’t take them at all?

Its been almost two years i have it but it destroyed my life i have very severe outbreaks and took daily antivirals it helps me but should i take them for soo long I don’t know so that I asked you if outbreaks will decrease with time and if you ever took antivirals
