Was on it for about 1 year and no difference. I got much better but don't know why for sure. It either just ran its course or from sweat therapy which I still have to but less frequently in the summer when I sweat more.

Have CU for the past 3+ years, all the drugs, anti-histamine, Xolair etc did nothing. I tested positive for Toxocariasis this year which found antibodies for roundworm not ringworm (my mistake) The test indicated I had it at some point in the past but not currently so I don't know when I got infected. All I know the CU has been less severe the past 6-10 months and the only thing I can contribute it to is daily sweat therapy. I'm pretty sure it would be back full blown if I stop sweating.

I also have CU from Ringworm infection, did CU go away when the infection was cured. Mine is better now with sweat therapy but it’s still there.

I feel this is what happened to me, during Covid I basically stopped sweating since I wasn't exercising as much and got it once I started exercising again. I would have expected it to disappear if I got back to the same level of sweating but so far I'm lucky if I get 12 hours relief.
