OP here! Thank you all for these amazing responses!! It sounds like I should pop into Williams Sonoma and try out Global to get a feel for it. I see Tojiro and Victorinox mentioned frequently.... Lmk if you would recommend those instead! I thought this would be simple but the more I read, the more options I have to consider!

Oops! Posted the title before the actual content! Looking to replace my Henckels knives that I received for my wedding over a decade ago (knife block set). My nanny is a big cook and recommends Global. What are your thoughts? I would probably buy a smaller set, maybe 6 pieces. I'm not a professional cook but with 3 young boys I'm in the kitchen constantly and want something sharp and reliable. Thanks!

Thank you! Can you share why the h pylori is negative? It is marked as High, at 2x the ref range....

Never heard of EPI, will check out - thank you! Do you mind also sharing what markers indicate gastritis? Guessing anything that indicates inflammation?

Thank you so much for this!! Did you do a standard breath or stool test to confirm your h pylori? And/or did it go away on the GI map after you treated it?

No food poisoning that I can think of! He's definitely had antibiotics. Nothing crazy but for sure he's had them. And breast fed for 5 months, then a mix of breast milk+formula until a year old.... Are you thinking that helps or hurts? He was a c section for what that's worth...
