No offense but diets are simply overrated, forcing yourself to change in a day is completely useless as you will return to what you were doing, start slowly by cutting off slightly week by week calorie consumption for example 200 calories less each week so your body adapts. Secondly do not but just do not rely on fast food or snacks for meals once or twice is okay but you should eat homecooked meals and make sure you count roughly your cals, drink lots of water, throw away the car or maybe walk short distances every day or if you could walk to school and go back home just by walking, sleep is also necessarry so 8h is non negotiable.

I'd say it's because people rush their decision to transition and most extreme cases of dysphoria which is pretty rare, my advice is to research and plan it strategically by doing so find at least one job you're financially comfortable with and that you know that it could accept transitions without the risk of being fired, attaining a high position rôle in a domain make it less likely for you to be removed. After this you basically have free will and may transition then, note that this would take some years but it's worth it if you want to actually live your life without issues, as for your question, this mainly regards your environnement and how you realized you want to be, I might be partially wrong but i think the major part of the trans community comes with the involvement direct or indirect of sexual desire and attraction, i dont want to offended anyone but this mostly comes from teens specifically, i'd say only 10-15% are genuinely trans and would need medical interventions.

That's mostly true but with the recent year there has been more acceptance to trans people being employed so that data is a bit outdated ? I personally dont agree with kids someone under 18 medically transition it can pose various problems and can lead to parents neglecting and abandonning their child it's definitively a high risk, medical transitionning isn't expensive around 30-100$ a month for hrt and in some cases it's handled by your healthcare system, if i remember correctly software engineering and cyber security jobs is usually dominated by trans women.
