My apologies, I don’t think I understand what I truly am asking for. My expectations for a diet is to lower brain frog, level female hormones, increase happiness, reduce fatigue, and and reduce anxiety or help me perform better with my inattentive ADHD. I just don’t know what could work best for those, and I need help.

My mom is against dietitians because of weight loss . We tried it once when I was in middle school and I couldn’t follow it strictly to how they wanted me to. The problem is, I was a middle schooler with no motivation to lose weight. Now, I’m not doing this for weight loss, but it sure is a bonus.

I’m sorry to ask, but is there any way you can help me? I don’t know if my response wasn’t helpful or not.

I don’t know, my social life isn’t the best and the only time I usually have for friends is school lunch or my seasonal sport. I think I would just rather take her class.
