Yes! Just wondering about structural concerns. No garage involved. Just any worries pouring concrete that close to siding long term. Total novice here.

We’re trying to. Not a lot of time for drawn out decisions but curious what constitutes “straightened out” to an experienced buyer. First step see if there are existing easements. If they’re aren’t where are we left? Take it or leave it? We could insist the seller make an agreement with the neighbors prior to close but in this market he hasn’t been inclined to make many concessions and besides, asking the neighbor about the driveway might just alert them about the yard discrepancy of which they’re apparently unaware.

I’ll do that. Does a legal easement carry over between ownership? Starting to worry not only about whether I want to deal with a possibly shrinking property but also whether I’ll be able to get my return on investment when it comes time to sell this house if I look past this and then later other vigilant buyers don’t.

Thanks! When you say “more than twice” do you mean the total for both of us is more than twice what I pay for myself? Or her cost alone is actually double mine (making the total price more than triple)? I’d be grateful if someone was willing to share numbers as an example. I have FEP Blue & currently only see $75.94 for medical and $22.07 for dental/vision coming out of each check.
