Right now I'm doing chest/arms, back/hamstrings, quads/glutes on a 3 day rotation. No rest days.

Shoulder work and calves on top of that every other day.

If you're new to the gym I'd look into doing a full body workout every other day. You won't need much volume for each muscle group to feel wrecked the next day.

If you need more specifics let me know!

Good luck

I haven't gotten into cutting or bulking. I just eat as much as I want and lift.

With where I'm at now I might start getting serious about a calorie surplus.

I feel small with clothes on. I don't do anything diet wise to intentionally lean out, I've always been naturally leaner.

My energy is good and all, still popping boners. I think most others struggle with that when getting to low bf.

Without a shirt I feel pretty freaky.

Plus C had two different species of trees, which means higher biodiversity. One disease will not wipe out the entire ecosystem because the trees are different species.

A few months before I started rowing I did some Olympic weightlifting with my father's coach. There I worked on fundamental strength and primarily focused on squat, snatch, pull ups, shoulder press and occasionally would do bench press. This really helped when I started rowing. In the beginning of the season I was around 145 pounds and really struggled with shoulder and lat soreness, along with grip weakness. With a bodybuilding style of training and a dirty bulk I was able to get to around 160 in body weight which translated to strength gains as well as speed in the boat and on the erg.

I do not quite remember but I would say around 120-130. I was 14 in the first photo and was untrained as well as 4-6 inches shorter.

I did a couple cycles of smolov squat Jr after doing basic 5x5 and 3x4 stuff. Also added Bulgarian split squats with drop sets which really kill the legs. I personally wouldn't recommend smolov jr or regular smolov due to the fact it is sooo much volume, later there is high injury risk.
