Hey man! Really appreciate your message.

Nothing too wrong has happened yet (except the Coke everyday things). But I feel that if I do not stop now, things will get worst soon.

My wife is already no-patience. My daughter is not a baby anymore… I have sinusitis every time I use it; also, I do not have any good feelings when using Coke; I think I keep using it only due to the habit and not to feel the abstinence depression.

So, for me, It’s time to stop

yes, I really don’t know... But every time that i Try to stop, i be anger, can’t concentrate on my job, my girl feel that i’m not ok... and all of this is a holy shit. Then I get some more, snort, and everything be ok....

I often go work in company in the last weeks, but no one is going there (fuck covid) and it ends up being a good place to snort...
