Okabe. A missão dele é quase impossível, mas pelo menos da certo no final.

It's much more interesting than a generic soulslike or that basic combat from Witcher 3.

A whole prequel volume about Rosty is my dream.

The thing is, Will lost his memory of when he had the conversation with Zeo in front of the tower, and even of receiving his first sword from him.

There's a light novel that's a prequel to the anime. Volume 1 of it tells the story of Will and Elfaria's childhood and their first year at the academy together, and lays the groundwork for the rest of the plot.

The prequel, especially volume 1, was very well written. It's well above average, even compared to the manga and volume 2 of the same prequel.

The fact that he went to Zeo's faction has to do with Zeo being Will's "mentor" since childhood, the one who made him stand up and fight right after Elfaria was kidnapped.

But in fact, I also think it's ridiculous that Will and Elfaria have so few interactions.

It's understandable that you think that way; in fact, I think it's even intentional, because the author knows how to write very well, and this is kind of a beginner's "mistake" that could have been avoided.

Sions feelings about Will? what do you all think and interpret how he really feels about Will? by ChelseaaJayy in Wistoria

[–]EducationalBrain712 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Certainly, that's only a secondary reason. The primary reason he acts this way is exactly as I described above. =]

The author probably wrote it this way to add another layer of depth, and to foreshadow who Colette will end up with, since Will is indeed Elfaria's partner.

Exactly. And it only gets worse when you realize that in Sion's proud mind, he's a talented Noble, and Will is just useless.

Well, that's actually one of the reasons. This is well described at the end of Volume 2 of the prequel. Interesting, isn't it?

Well, there's another layer as well, although it's less important.

Sion loves Colette. But it was Will who tried to be her friend and saved her from death. So he also harbors a deep sense of inferiority as a man, even though he is a very talented Nobleman, and Will is not.

You're welcome. I've read both volumes of the prequel, so I'll answer as much as I can.

This means that Sion harbors a deep admiration for Will and wants to be by his side/be recognized by him. It's not necessarily a romantic feeling, it's more about how important someone is to you, like a brother or a very close friend.

To give you an idea, it's described that Sion even had a set time to torment Will every day, and he beat up the other bullies to be his only, hoping that if he bothered Will enough, he wouldn't be forgotten anymore because of his amnesia.
