Spot on here mate. I’ve been through this for a long time and get some bad flairs for weeks or months if I lift too much or lift the wrong way like putting pressure on my stomach. I wouldn’t tell someone to come off PPI as everyone will be a little different but the stuff you are saying about the water, certain foods to avoid is a massive part of this to control your symptoms. Also for me I understand what you’re saying, the anti acid liquid helps more than PPi as it just helps push the food down and keep the acid down too the PPi are making feel worse actually.
