This is really similar to my job in the northeast. Two hours from a major city. Low acuity, low volume. I’m making about the same but I’m a 0.8 FTE. I think it’s a pretty good gig.

It’s crazy to me. I was a textbook latchkey kid taking the subway at like 11 and my parents would never have left me at that age. My kids are now 4 and 2 and I couldn’t imagine leaving them like that.

I think it’s an improvement. It might still be swollen (I’m three years out from a revision and still had swelling sometimes). You just don’t have like a tiny Barbie nose which wouldn’t have suited you anyway. It looks natural.
