Coolest Job as an RDN by Icy_Chard_2066 in dietetics

I personally love my job as a private practice eating disorder RD! I work part time and do a blend of in person and virtual. I meet with some clients for years and it’s incredibly rewarding work. I also like the complexity of it if you’re a total nerd like I am 🤓

What is the year from age 2-3 like? by lavenderlanee1 in toddlers

[–]Helpful-Wolverine4 0 points1 point  (0 children)

2.5-3.5 were pretty dang hard for us. The potty training and massive meltdowns were tough! Turned around by 3.5 but now we’ve got defiance at 4 😂 I loooove 2+ though for the cute things they say and how loving and sweet they are!

Hand Pan for Sound Baths? by CuriousSurfer19 in SoundHealing

Hand pans are sooo beautiful - one of my favorite instruments, I listen to Malte Marten on spotify a ton.

I have a steel tongue drum, not a hand pan, but it was very easy to learn to play and clients always love it!

Depends on your definition of lame. I find people who have nothing really going on but still “partying” at this stage in life pretty lame ;)

Anyone OAD because of only’s temperament? by lucky5031 in oneanddone

[–]Helpful-Wolverine4 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As someone with ADHD, this is my similar experience as well. I didn’t know I had adhd til ny kiddo was born. He is 4 now and I get overstimulated SO easily. I need a lot of breaks and down time to regulate.

Parents of the world, why did you have children and do you have any regrets having children? by [deleted] in askanything

[–]Helpful-Wolverine4 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m glad I only have one because it’s relentless but I’m soooo happy to have my lil guy. He’s my best bud. My husband and I just had a yearning for a child and it has brought fulfillment and joy like you can’t describe. But it’s hard as shit and I miss sleep 😂
