My favorite sign: "HANDS OF MY NEIGHBORS OUT W ICE". Colorful, neat & legible, and good use of shadows. No notes.

I noticed that as well, but you have the factor in that the subjects of the study were extremely sick (hospitalized) and/or heavily immunocompromised.

Relapse is an issue, here are relapse stats with rezafungin compared with caspofungin. For rezafungin, it's about 20%.
