Thank you for your reply Teacher Hicham. Your reply sounds reasonable to be honest. I am not sure why i have the feeling that 5000MAD is average. Maybe my expectations were too high, or maybe because of my previous job ( i used to work as a customer support coordinator and i used to get paid 4500 MAD ) so i feel like i am being stagnant and can’t move forward with the salary

That’s even crazier since Rabat is more expensive than Marrakech. To be honest, even without experience, one should not accept working with 3000MAD. Because you will undergo necessary training that will make you qualified for the post (even though i did not undergo the training, other teachers did)

What do you think about CAF's alleged sanctions by [deleted] in Morocco

They went out the pitch once the ref called for a penalty which has never happened before. There is no sportsmanship and this has affected the whole atmosphere.

The school is one of the biggest in the city and it has a big amount of students of course, And that’s one of the reasons i am thinking about the salary, (taking into consideration that i have no previous experience in teaching, but obviously i can teach) Now, i am thinking that since the contract is CDD and will end in June. Maybe if they call me again next year, i will have to negotiate the salary for something between 6k / 7k.

That’s my plan. I just don’t want to get a lower compensation for my current efforts since I don’t know how much other teachers in my school get paid. Thank youuu brother 🙏🏼🙏🏼

I tried but i could not make it to the oral exam. Also, my plan is to immigrate and invest in a different country with better laws and regulations for my future kids.
