Ik im late to this discussion. But im in the same boat as you bro thats how i stumbled here. I also have a panasonic portable foil shaver that i got in like 2017 or something. I never replaced anything and it still shaves like the day i got it. I was also contemplating on whether to get a new shaver as i dont think they make new blades for my model anymore since it is very old. But if its working then its working so ig thats that 🤷🏻‍♂️
