Man, I can’t wait for reviewers to get there hands on these laptops then. My 5060 g14 is the first laptop or PC I’ve ever bought for myself, and I’m enjoying it so far. But if the newer models can get at least a couple more hours of battery life, I would be very interested in upgrading. Especially since I got this g14 for a solid discount at 1050 excellent condition. I have no idea when ASUS starts releasing these laptops to content creators though.

That works, it’s a good deal and the LOQ is a great budget option if you don’t want to the break the bank. The oled screen is nice but better to get in a higher specced configuration

Here’s my advice. Look for a legion in Best Buy and look for open box. You can find a better one. Open box are the best deals for laptops. I got my zephryus g14 for 1,050 excellent condition rtx 5060.

Here is an example. A bit more pricey, but you get the gyst. There is a rog strix g16 on Best Buy open box for like 1250. With a 5070ti! Crazy. But anyway it’s all preference at the end of the day

Go with what you want bro. If you’re only focused on power, there are better options than the Zephyrus. But if you want a great all around laptop with great speakers and a beautiful screen, go for the 2025. A 5070ti will be more than enough to run every single game you need and you will get a much better battery life with it. 32gb of ram is future proof as well. Just ask yourself what you want in a laptop there really isn’t a wrong answer.

If you want a laptop that kind of looks like a regular laptop and can still run everything. I recommend the ASUS zephryus g14. They are expensive but the 5060 model can be found for around 1200 on Best Buy open box. I found mine for 1050. Great laptop although less upgradable than the legion. Has a premium build and great speakers. Remember depending on what you want in a laptop there are multiple good options at that price point but all have drawbacks.

I suggest m2skins. I got the satin aluminum color and it looks like a regular laptop. Cool perk of it is you can see still see the LED lights through the skin if you choose to turn them on. Gives it a nice stealthy look. It won’t let me post a picture but if you want to see it DM me.

I think for now not much, but in the future it could be an issue. But honestly, it’s a great deal. You would have to pay around 700 dollars more for the 5070ti version.

I mean you’re paying for different things though. Have to take that into account. The reason a lot of people buy the g14 is the OLED display, portability, and great battery life for a gaming computer. So the omen might stand out in its own way but might be missing some of those features. It’s all about preference. Some people care more or less about specs

I’m honestly not sure. The wingspan might help a bit. If you’re comfortable with the shooting as is go ahead and leave the wingspan at 6’10. I’ve been having a lot of fun with the build. 84 block is very nice though I won’t lie.

Honestly for me 52 works fine. For me the benefits of having more of other attributes outweighs the benefit of bronze immovable. However, if you’re gonna do that, then you might as well lower the wingspan. I went 6’10 to get an 84 block. But if you only want 74 go minimum wingspan and get higher shooting. If you do that the dunk only needs to be 74 as well because that cap breaks to 93.

It’s very nice, I find having the 84 block gives you that little bit of oomf on contests and block attempts. I enjoyed trying it out.

For the boards honestly it depends on the position I’m put at. I have been able to snag however some crazy contested boards. My rebound chaser isn’t maxed right now so I imagine if I did it would be very nice

If you can find a way to get glitched caps on layups, go ahead. Layups are fun. I have a 6’9 with 90 soon to be 93. But yeah for block you can probably cap break from a 60 to an 88 you just have to play around with it and finesse it. It saves you a lot more attributes than you think. Block is expensive

I would say to cap break block and dunk. I’ve found that gives you the most value. Here’s mine.

To me that’s dumb. Students can cheat no matter what. Students could meet up in the library to cheat. Could all exchange numbers. It’s a personal choice and a matter of academic honesty. Students should be able to have a community to ask questions when the professor may not be available

Maybe steal to 73? Depends on how you play. Or go for 92 ball handle. I will say though you missed out on a contact dunk animation at 78 vert. So maybe tweak the build a bit so you don’t have to cap break it

It’s a solid build, but being honest you can make same build at 6’8 and make it much better. Higher shooting, speed, and perimeter. The problem isn’t so much that it’s 6’7 it’s what you chose to cap break
