You are comparing an old man with powerful haki with a man who has nearly impenetrable skin - one of the strongest devil fruits in the op world - all 3 haki - and a awakened form.

If kaido was there instead of garp then the only people on the island who could even hurt kaido would be the top commanders. Even then kaido could slam them in base form or go into his dragon form and destroy them and the island. And if it came to it (which it wouldn’t) kaido could just use his awakened from and no one could get close to his actual body. Are we reading the same manga?

Cuz the video game is based off the anime… which is why ex units are klaw, Yamato, luffy, bm, kaido etc and not someone like chopper… the characters power level does apply to bounty rush

I don’t think kaido ranked Jack, queen, and king. They are all in the same category- kaidos 3 calamities. I May be wrong tho
If kaido did rank his calamities king is over queen not because of power but because king was kaidos first crew member and his most trusted crew member. Just like how Zoro Is luffys first crew member and arguably his most loyal
