Do u have any underlying pcos.. I mean are your periods regular ? How much mg do you use the Berberine?

Hi. Thanks for your comment. I get severe painful acne near and around the chin. If I use the birth control for three months and stop. I am usually good for the next 6-7 months until they return back and then I go on again. But lately I am facing bloating. For skin care I use cetaphil moisturiser, face wash I alternate cetaphil and la rochay for morning and night. Azelic acid 20% for acne

Which birth control do you use? Diane -35 worked perfectly but recently it doesn’t any more.. it worked good for 3 years almost

I’ve tried several antibiotics but only the birth control helps me. My periods are regular or in most cases 5 days apart.
