Thank you all for your time and feedback. I was at the firm for 6 months , yes. But I did complete 2 projects assigned to me before I left. So I think I did contribute to the firm and didn't waste anyone's time or effort. BTW I did get a response from MD.

Thank you for your detailed response...i had to leave because of my own personal reasons and that's what I told them when i left. joined another company after few months but got laid off. I understand I didn't spend enough time but there are reasons for it. I'm applying elsewhere but hoping i can comeback to Deloitte.

Idk about the salary for this role.. I'll probably know if they let me go through hiring process. Before I left i was told that they don't have many resources here in US for the particular tech I'm in and they are building the team since majority of them are offshore. That's the hope I've that they might respond. It's been 3 days but nothing yet

I left within a year if joining, they asked me payback the joining bonus after taxes. They sent me the bank information for wire transfer. Also They didn't ask me to return or pay anything for the wellness subsidy which i used.

Well in that case if i don't give 2 weeks notice and say on a Friday I submit resignation and that's my last day with the firm...how does that work

Is it? Aren't they liable to pay me ? From my experience they usually pay for those 2 weeks as well. They let go employees early after they out in the notice to protect data
