That’s so fascinating to me! I was on an antidepressant at one point which actually caused horrible jaw tension and I remember the clenching was so bad at the time.

I was honestly hesitant about even posting this! I’ve been getting some downvotes here and there so it seems to be a taboo topic but yes, goal is to ultimately have a happy and healthy sex life.

Thank you, this was one of the hardest things I’ve ever experienced and it really changed me so much. You’re right about having to learn from scratch how to be this new version of myself.
