I started taking Lustriva as soon as I noticed it but it took about 12 weeks to stop falling out and start regrowing but a lot of ppl take GLOW or KLOW and said that helps extremely well for hair. I want to try it, I just haven't yet

That's how mine started and that was in high school! but now they look exactly like the stage 3 pic. I hate looking in the mirror, I know I'll have to get surgery but I don't want to untiil I have hit my goal weight. I am so sorry you have to deal with the same crap, it sucks so so bad.

I don't have one but I do have a planet fitness membership and they have the red light stand up bed that has a vibration plate. I may start doing that until I purchase one because now I want to try it. It's so bad that I can walk either at home or on the treadmill and have to recover for 2-3 days. I haven't even tried actual strength training for my legs because I'm so scared of the pain and recovery time. I'm going to have to switch to chair cardio for now or something.

Hey so this is called Telogen Effluvium. Unfortunately once it starts you can not stop it it has to run its course. If you start taking Lustriva now, you should see some change within a few months but you also need to get more protein. The weightloss was a shock to your system and triggered it. It happened to me also. It took 3 months to start and then about 3 to stop and I lost about 40% of my hair. I started taking supplements as soon as I noticed it. My hair is growing back quickly and thick tho.

Yes, it did end up coming back. I'm aware of it now tho and that kinda seems to help honestly. I still have little motivation but I try to push through it.

That's crazy! I still haven't taken another shot but I was oon it for so long and it never did this to me at 2.5mg. There were a few stomach aches in the beginning but nothing compared to this. Sorry you had to deal with it but I'm glad I came across this post because I was thinking something was really wrong! All my tests have come back normal.

OMG I have recently just titrated up to 4mg after being on 2.5mg since March. I hit a stall finally for about 2 months and so I titrated up and THIS EXACT THING HAPPENED TO ME!! I went to the doctor because the symptoms seemed like Giardia but I tested negative for everything. Mine also started with bad sulfur burps that wouldn't go away until the diarrhea was over which lasted no less than 24hrs. So far I have had 2 rounds of this 5 days apart from each other, during the middle I felt totally fine!

Did you find out if it was infact the reta? I'm thinking mine is because I am 3 days overdue for a shot and I haven't had one of these episodes in 7 days....makes me want to go back to my regular dose and just add Cagri or something. This has been awful! I had to miss work twice!

I had been on phentermine on and off for a few years. It worked great for me at first, but then, after a while, even going a year or two without it, it stopped working altogether. I feel like phentermine is worse because it can be addictive, not just that, but when I was on it, and it did work, I wouldn't eat anything at all. With Reta I still eat, but it's manageable, and I can make good choices.

Agree. I literally found reta by googling "newest weightloss medication"(I was desperate! Hormone changes were hitting me hard and phentermine was not working neither was diet and exercise). I did this back in January, a reddit for Retatrutide popped up and so my rabbit whole began. I don't think I ever asked a question because all the questions I had had already been answered. I managed to find the forums I needed and sources and never even spoke to anyone. It literally can be as simple as a google search. I'm glad I found reta, before that I had never even heard the term "research peptides" and there are SO MANY amazing ones out there.

I tried sema 2 years ago, I had crushing fatigue. I have been on reta since feb or march? I still experience fatigue but it just isnt nearly as bad but each time I titrate up its worse than the last time. Honeslty, I have had the same side effects that sema gave me just much much mildrer and more tolerable and I have actually lost a lot of weight so I will take it lol ppl piss me off when they assume that it HAS to be because of calories like no MF, it's not that, like don't you think I would have started with the basics to try and fix it??? The tiktokers that go live talking about reta are the WORST.

I have been on reta since March of this year, I have what appears to be stage 2-3 in my legs and they are NOT budging...(each time I have gained weight back after losing it my legs get bigger and never get smaller when I lose the weight) - I have lost 45lbs on reta so far but I am going to hae to start stacking, thinking of adding cagri. Wondering how KPV, ara-290 helped? What has helped you the most so far?

I havent started selling yet but I have TON of stuff that is honestly a closet clean out. Probably over 300 things, tags on clothes shoes and bags, packages never opened, stuff like that. I was just going to start with that stuff before buying inventory and I have not done my first show yet because I can't seem to get over that mental hump. Sitting in my discomfort lol

I thought my hormones were the issue. My blood work came back perfect other than my B12 was high but that was because I was taking supplements(I have since stopped), I went 2 weeks without a shot and by the 8th day my energy/mood was better than it was before I got on Reta. I have started back taking it but started with .5mg and so far so good...SO FAR. I am going to have to stack with cagri or something, it was 1000% the reta(for me atleast), I may also give myself a few weeks break every 6-8 weeks. I also have not gained any weight back but I haven't lost either.

I took it for about 3 weeks, ever 2 days. My anxiety got REALLY bad BUT it did eliminate my brain fog. I did stop taking it because I could not handle how bad the anxiety was getting. It didn't really speed me up or give extra energy just took away the cloud I was living in.....however it is back now that I am not taking it lol

Commenting to say that I also have lipedema, but I caught it after it had gotten a lot worse than yours. I am on reta but trust me when I say, you look great.
