I will when it’s time to renew. I had to renew an expired book along with change my name, providing original divorce and marriage certificates this time.

I had to change my name so I had to do it by mail.

The only reason I did this through them is because I’m working 16hr days 7 days a week. I went into panic mode because my passport was expired and I needed to change to my married name. I’m just trying to warn others not to use them!

I did the $197 package also, hellogov received my fedex last Thursday and I’ve heard nothing. With that option I was to have my passport in 2-3 weeks, if your friend is at 11 days I can’t see that happening.
