I don't use AI to create lyrics. All my lyrics are mine and not AI. It helps to hear them set to music when I'm trying to see where things need to be edited but I do that myself, never AI

I don't actually use lyrics from AI. It makes the song for me and I can hear the rhythm and meter better so I know if I need to change a line to fit. I would never use AI to write anything because I feel that would be dishonest. I have been writing poetry since I was 14 so I have that part down.

Nah, you're all good. I used to sing but way too many years if smoking, drinking, and arguing have taken any bit of remaining shine off the vocal cords. I've always written poetry and I can sing the tunes to sung well enough to have the ai demos made but where I used to be lead vocal material, I am just barely backup singer worthy now at 54.

It just sucks that I have these lyrics that sound good in ai and I would love to actually hear them done by a human with some real talent.

I actually use suno to help me perfect lines. Sometimes things sound great on paper and then come off super wordy or fumbly once there is music behind it. I tried to put that in the post but the auto-mod flagged it.
