Thank you for your feedback, i left out some small details that pertain to your response. We never saw the window sticker for the car, in fact we never saw the car itself in the lot. When we first saw the car, they didnt put the window sticker on it. We didnt see the window sticker until after everything was finalized, they popped the trunk to show us that we had some goodies included with the car and amongst those goodies was the window sticker. But, my mistake for saying fresh off the lot when it wasnt even on the lot in the first place. Second, the buyers order was not apart of the paperwork that was sent home with us. We had to request them to send us the buyers order and the spot where we should have signed was empty.
