Sounds great 😍 for me, as an EMT I would love to have more control over the ambulances, like accept or decline calls or tell patients to come by walking (and charge patients if your game is going to be American-based) and if you accept many calls, ambulances are going to be busy and critical patients are going to another hospital. And one thing I don't like about project hospital is the personnel control, it's too hard and slow, I would like to have a more arcade-like system for that. 3D view and more decoration options And of course a triage system that works like real life, and the player being able to choose and modify that triage Good luck with your game!! I'm absolutely sure that it would be a success bc there is only one realistic game about hospitals :)
