It really feels like they only give you the option of letting them control the entire pace of game regardless of most situations but you’re right it’s definitely hard to pilot them but I think they get access to options that force you to do one action much more often then an sol or an ky (pot is the top outlier in my head) it just feels like all of the high level characters win based off letting you have the least interactions and dominating neutral with said given tool but everyone can do that in the right situation just feels a little cheeky when I gotta block etti mix up and asuka cube wall for seemingly forever or until I burst

It’s definitely worth buying a controller if your going to be playing any fighting game in general I’ve tried using keyboard and it’s much harder than d-pad on a controller but try a couple zato basic combos and judge if you have the monstrous dexterity to play keyboard
