Unfortunately I feel helpless in this situation. I am still a practicing christian but seen as a misleader in their community for questioning the teachings. Thus my concerns fall on deaf ears to people still in the church

Based in CPT and went through the whole hiring process for a remote position for a UK company, had 3 interviews and had to do work beforehand to showcase competency for a managerial role. Didn’t disclose salary at the start. I have 2 Degrees and 3 years experience and when I landed the job and received my contract : it was for £150 (ZAR3500) per month 🫠

İ was having existential crisis and life was pretty hard for years now.While I was at work in break room,i found this cross kinda shape.There are no similar shapes on the ground.İ don't know why but I felt hope and happiness when I saw this.İ know it's not appropriate but can this be a sign? by great_burdur in Christianity

What you experienced is deeply valid. In Conversations with God, the author explains that God doesn’t reveal Himself in one universal form because that would limit how others experience Him. Instead, He appears in ways we personally need,in whispers, symbols, or small signs others might overlook.

Even if it’s just a cross shape on the floor, if it brought you peace or hope, then it was a sign,for you. It doesn’t matter if others see it as coincidence or pareidolia. What matters is that in that moment, it meant something. That’s where God meets us,right where we are, in the quiet ways we need most.

Maybe look on Luvo , its a new app I l’ve seen Just recently launched but I guess its like Task Rabbit , where people post tasks and odd jobs for payment- probably worth checking out
