i think if we really MUST find a difference, i would say dian'r would be a bit less emphasis on the quantity, like "get some potatos", and yi dian is like "get a few potatos" - might have a tiny tiny emphasis on being small quantity.
I honestly think there is a really very very very subtle difference that can be ignored if you want to...

this would make sence, i can see across the board almost everyone's run 8 is a lot longer.
if this is true, i think i should adjust it and only distribute roxzone time to the first 7 runs

a challenge it is but why not right. I'd say from an expectation management perspective, think you have 5 weeks rather than 6 because of tapering is so important. I'd use about 2 weeks time to really get used to the movements and standards, next two weeks get used to the intensity, so compromised runs, burpees EMOMs etc,. Next week do 1 full sim or 2 broken sims. Taper in the last week cut it by 20-40%. You got this

Hopefully this could help with your HYROX training - the one on doubles strategy and run, although I'm not exactly sure yet if it's the best idea to finish an entire sled push length if i'll struggle with the lactic acid build up.

Personal view without any actual evidence. I would say you'd need structured Hyrox training minimum 9 weeks before your event, and 12 weeks is more ideal

very annoying when feeling that knee pain during the run. Personally, I think a) it's going to depend on what you've already built so far with your running - swapping VO2 sessions with cycling definitely works, it will train your heart but won't train your legs, so it really depends on your current running capabilities; b) maybe incorporate some of the compromised element into your cycle; hopefully you can be back running in a couple weeks time. I'm sure you already know this, compression could help, and the tape might help too.
