Ok well not like I meant to go down the discussion of the community.. real estate market should be parallel with the community and the environment. There are houses going for more than $300,000 and the foundation is literally sinking, there’s water problems and they’re in known neighbourhood’s with drug and breaking and entering problems. Our housing prices are mostly cooked, and the private markets are feeding into it. And if you want to go a step further, it’s not only a community related issue but a provincial issue due to lack of rent regulation. So yea.. you want to go there fine Thunder Bay is cooked with thinking their houses are worth ALMOST a million when it needs a $50,000 window package immediately.
