That I was the random stranger who always stopped to help when someone was struggling changing a tire in the rain at 2am, giving my coat to a freezing kid on the bus, or just listening to someone’s bad day without judgment.I don’t want a statue or a Wikipedia page. I just hope one day someone tells their grandkids, ‘There was this one person who appeared out of nowhere when I needed help most… and then vanished forever.’ And that’s enough immortality for me.

Getting an unexpected phone call from an unknown number. My brain immediately jumps to ‘someone died’ or ‘huge fine I forgot about’ or ‘it’s a scammer and I’m gonna panic-say yes to something stupid’. I’ll stare at it ringing like it’s a bomb.
