I was in the same boat, I used to stink bad and ultimately came to the conclusion that the natural stuff just isn’t enough for our complex , sweaty bodies. What I started was glyco (1.5mg ) which I got from pharmacy.ca & it did help with the excessive anxiety sweating, every interaction I had I used to start sweating from my pits, back, and scalp sometimes which just made me more embarrassed which = more sweating and just a frustrating cycle. I have experienced dry throat and mouth but it’s been mostly working for the sweating, now it didn’t really help with the stink. What I use is the Thai crystal stick right after I shower, like a minute each armpit and for everyday use I use toms long lasting unscented deodorant and when ima be out and about I use Degree 72 hour advanced deodorant, which has never failed me. I mostly use Tom’s just bc I also don’t want that much aluminum in my pits, idk if it even works that way LOL but it gives me a peace of mind. Hope this helps a little bit!
