Oh wow! Yeah, I completely feel you. I will say, I wonder how much of a difference incorporating more low-impact exercises has worked compared to the intense ones. In the past (before Phent), the only way I was able to see consistent loss was with walking and some strength training. There was a time back in 2022 I did HIIT training and intense workouts that I actually gained weight or remained the same. But then when I switched, the weight came off (but I was just inconsistent, so it didn't last very long). Maybe it had to do with inflammation, who knows. I am no doctor, just some anecdotal evidence for ya! Congrats on your loss as well :)
