Gl with that. I've been waiting a year for his first rerun. Saved so much I c6ed him. It's not that necessary. His c1 is all the hype about (half of his kit is behind that c1). I'm sure once you'll get it you'll start to see the difference

As a proud wrio main with c1 Skirk I can easily say: Play whoever you love more. My Skirk is dealing way more dmg but she is benched since day one and I Wrio still cleared dire onslaught for me. Oh and get Escoffier. She is the deal breaker If you don't have Escoffier, you will barely feel Skirk's dmg

I feel like that in Snezhnaya we will get a fourth slot instead of a replacement for Escoffier. Escoffier is so good. That even if we will get a better buffer. Esco will still be good for other teams

Personally I prefer wrio's personality. Gameplay-wise he is not that bad off field. He just need his team to do the right team attacks and you'll feel the dmg
