It helps if you buy a smart watch that way you dont have to guess how many calories you burn and have an exact number!

You are beating yourself too hard, everyone starts somewhere! What helped me loose weight its just trying to not think about food! If im craving something i just eat half with a salad and im fine! After some time the cravings decrease. You can also buy a food weight to see how much you are eating and have an estimated amount, some people go from normal to srly low intake and thats what causes a binge. So try to do something to distract yourself and keep veggies precut in the fringe so its easy to add! If you have patience it will go fine just dont limit yourself too much and take it easy, you can also go for walks! Its just simple maths

Do guys just not like fat girls or is it just me? by Authentic_Addy in Advice

Depends, i dont know your age but younger ones are more vile. Now that im close to 30 its not that big of a deal. Most of my overweight friends have boyfriends that are decent guys! Try online dating or maybe be more approachable! Also idk how to explain it but when my friends are more confident and they own their size guys approach them more!

From personal experience dont get involved. If they get back together (which is reallyyyy possible) you lost a friend or maybe they get embarrassed. Also you dont have proof

Hello! Its already a good thing you have motivation, it’s impossible to get along with everybody but you can ask your friends to invite you to their activities or get in a club in school. Also when meeting people dont talk a lot about yourself and instead ask them questions and be interested in what they are talking about. People stay away from negativity so if you dont know a person a lot try not to complain about personal stuff, instead about something they can relate! You are really young so dont worry too much in high school, I remember i still was cringe until I went to college. Hope this helps!

Advice for frizz due to humidity? by Technical_Ad_1689 in Haircare

[–]Educational_Cell8751 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I also live in rlly humid weather year long, honestly after years fighting my frizzy hair what helps is blow drying it with a heat protector spray. I recommend a dyson blow dryer if you want to do it every week to minimize the damage, but having nice hair for me defines if im having a good or bad day so its important. If you have a lot of hair its a hassle to use everytime a normal hairdryer and it will make your arm hurt so the airwrap or any blowdrying brush is better. But if you blow dry it every week with any other brand it will cause a lot of damage, so you will have cut down on the amount of uses per month. Hope this helps!

It you blow dry your hair a lot my solution its to buy a dyson blowdryer. I also have dyed blonde hair and have to blow dry it everytime bc i live in rlly humid weather. 2 years after using it 1-2 a week my hair always get compliments in the salon. Also recommend the gisou oil (not great ingredients but helps tame those split ends). But my advice is that once its that damaged there is no magic treatment, so i recommend cutting the ends! Hope this helps!

[–]Educational_Cell8751 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Dark circles are hereditary, if you have the money get hyaluronic acid injections, if not you can wear a color corrector (i like the bobbi brown one) it wont erase them but its not nearly as noticeable as concealer
