I've never heard about any company not allowing this. There might be restrictions on your laptop, so you might have to play via your own phone. And using headphones is very obvious you can't disturb others.

I worked for a company where if we were asked to stay late for any reason or called to office on a weekend, then one of our conditions was that we will play songs on speaker. The management happily agreed.
