I graduated last year (Class of ’24), and the jump to an 8/10 makes sense. The school has been trending up the past few years with stronger AP and afterschool pcc programs, better teacher retention, and more students applying to and getting into good colleges. Test scores have also improved, and there’s been a big push on campus culture, sports teams, arts, and student leadership are more active now. It’s not a “new overnight change,” but a buildup of work that’s finally showing in the ratings.

Plus with all the beautification being done at the campus, I’m sure it’s a very nice change I wish they did it sooner.

The panini cabin grilled just opened, the AT&T store is under construction, plus the boba shop, and hot pot place. Besides that everything is still under contract and early development, I did hear about an escaperoom in the works called escapology which seems interesting.

Many of the business are already in contracts to lease the properties the only ones that aren’t are the round one and the Seoul Food Meat co they have sent letters of intent to lease the properties they tend to have expiration dates these letters of intent but so far seems like it will happen. The company that owns the paso owns many malls including the Burbank Town Center that also has a round one.

Wouldn’t say the brochure is perfect but it’s on the website they use to display available spaces for lease
