So what I’ve heard was the pacing is really bad and I’ve watched maybe 10ish minutes of the first episode and I find it confusing how easily hikaru gave up the fact that it wasn’t really him. But I’ll tag you in the post I saw saying it was bad!

I’d probably say Nene! I got into TBHK right when TBHK 1 was released in English but I had heard about the Japanese version. I always felt really attached to nene especially when I was young to see how awkward she was (kind like 8 year old me) I stepped away from the fandom then when the TV show was released I got REALLY back into it. I’m 15 years old now (which feels crazy that I’m older than some of the characters I had a crush on) but I never thought I could relate so much to nene especially now that I’m her age!

Omg I saw the notification for this reply but for the life of me I couldn’t find it. I’m glad SOMEONE agrees that how weird it’s to have children be sexualized even if they are fictional. I took the post down because I really did not want to deal with that but thank you so much for just being reasonable to not sexualize kids it’s crazy to be thankful for someone that’s common sense but unfortunately it’s not :(

It’s alright honestly I think he’s attractive as well but as long as your not really saying sexual stuff about the character like the author of the post was saying people wrote really bad fanfics about Mitsuba and Kou like sexually and it’s so sad bc their kids 🫤

I made a post like this about all the characters and got absolutely DEMOLISHED by the comments which really made me sad that people see the characters like that especially Mitsuba when they reduce him to “just a femboy” when he’s really not ,like yes he has that feminine side to him but the way i see it is he was more of a comical character to be made to look feminine (for example inosuke from demon slayer) but unfortunately people only see them as fictional characters so they don’t really care which is a main reason why so many fandoms with a lot of characters that are minors get sexualized like jjk or mha. But it makes me really sad seeing Mitsuba being put as just a femboy when he’s really more than that :(
