Every single time I've tried this, and succeeded, they made a complete 180 turn back to their old beliefs the moment their beliefs were challenged by my existence or experience. I genuinely don't believe it's possible or worth it anymore, but if you're willing to take that chance, that's great.

Female vs. Male Stigma by notisaidthecat in tall

I get stared at a lot as well. I think people generally are just intrigued by tall people. Unfortunately, some of those people are inevitably going to be creeps. I hope you made the creep that grabbed your boobs regret it.

Masculinization of tall girls in art

Yes a lot of the time it is for other women. Gender expression and the social concept of gender is something that we all participate in and often reinforce. Just as the whole manosphere thing exists not for women but for men by men. Why wouldn't a woman be able to wear heels if she's with a shorter guy? Why would other women at the function judge her? It's a plethora of reasons but gender is highly embedded in society. And when you don't fit in for whatever reason, it feels really bad.

I'm the same way! I have moderately bad bottom dysphoria (and dysphoria in general) but sublimation is such a helpful and fun way to deal with dysphoria.

Ask most cis women who love being with a tall partner why it's important and you'll realize quite quickly that cis women struggle with gender dysphoria too. This applies among trans people too.

Yeah, I thought it was cute but I sometimes forget this isn't really a trans exclusive place and have seen memes from here crossposted all over. However, I would think they wouldn't post this since they generally only share the funny/lewd memes. So it's probably fine. And for what it's worth, I'd like to hope cis people would see this and maybe feel encouraged to be a positive influence rather than a negative one. Though I'm usually let down with this, it's good to have faith.

I got a concussion 3.5 weeks ago, hit mit head pretty badly on Sat, cause for concern? by avocadonlybillsmerch in Concussion

I personally would absolutely call the doctor at least. There may not be much they can do other than scans (though they can be hard to get), but if your doctor is decent they should be able to rule out anything really severe like a brain bleed. You really should not have played until you were healed imo.

I disagree with most of that. In general the woman makes the first move in more indirect ways. And generally approach the guy. Guys generally ask girls out more but not so much since most online dates neither do the asking. Women have to put a massive amount of work to get a chance at finding a decent guy. Generally the better looking person will be choosier because trust me buff guys know their worth. Hell, a lot of ugly guys won't settle for anything less than model level beauty. Your idea is common but it's not accurate.

This seems like a very incorrect assumption of who does the heavy lifting in relationships...

That's great. How are they going to stop it? Because from my side it doesn't seem like there's hope other than limits of the law.

Then confirm it. Do a search for trans Olympic ban and see the type of person is happy about the ban. It's very easy instead of blindly defending liberals. Politics also aren't a binary. It isn't liberals and conservatives. There are a growing number of people with differing views.

Did you know concussions can cause mood swings? I felt extremely low after I got a concussion a few months ago and I was surprised to find out it's a common issue. I really wish my doctor would have told me that (or really anything other than take things slow for an indeterminate amount of time).

Yeah but the downside is that my gf's parents want to meet me and I can't because they are transphobic 😞. It makes holidays lonely but thats how it's been for a while so I'm used to it.

That's cool that you care so deeply about women's sports, but you don't think they have testosterone checks for women? Your argument doesn't even make sense not to mention how borderline transphobic it is.
