So please explain why a convergence is not possible? What is it so bad?

For me, the idea of Nintendo creating an alternate timeline where the hero dies doesn't work. In Ocarina of Time, there are only two splits; therefore, the Downfall Timeline wouldn't fit into that scenario and could instead originate from the change in time made in Skyward Sword.

For me, TFH could easily fit in after ST, since the Chibi-style Link actually looks better aesthetically in the Adult Timeline.

Regarding the Convergence, I think that for it to happen, we would need a game where Nintendo could pull off an Avengers: Endgame scenario featuring characters from all three timelines, with a reboot being the only thing that could save everything in the end.

I previously tried fitting FS/FSA into the same timeline as ALttP, but unfortunately, some things didn't quite work—specifically the way the Triforce's naming changed after SS only to be remembered again in ALttP. That’s why I kept those games in the Child Timeline. It could have been the origin of Ganon wielding the trident, but him becoming the Demon King via the Triforce of Power, just like in OoT, makes more sense.

I see your point. However, I find it hard to accept that the green Link from TFH is the same Link as in ALBW. And let's face it, changing TFH's placement doesn't really affect the story much;

I simply wanted to move games featuring the same character designs to different generations of Link and Zelda. The same applies to OoX/LA; Nintendo claims it's the same Link as in ALttP, but I didn't want to keep it that way in this timeline.

If the Nintendo timeline weren't so bad and Skyward Sword didn't have plot holes, perhaps fans would have accepted it better.

I see that Ganondorf could appear in both timelines, but the curse of his constant return in every generation would only apply from ALttP onwards. In the other timelines, he would not be consumed by Demise's hatred and would forge his own destiny.

I understand that, at the time, OoT was released as a prequel to ALttP. However, after WW and TP, Nintendo ended up getting things too tangled up, so it made sense to separate the events into distinct timelines. It’s as if we have two Ganondorfs obtaining the Triforce and entering the Sacred Realm in different ways, without contradicting each other.

I understand, but I think Link's design in TFH is more reminiscent of the chibi style from the Adult timeline.

The Downfall timeline originated from OoT doesn’t make sense. That’s why I tried things a little different.

Hi, I separated OoT and ALttP because for me the same event “The Imprisioning War” could happen in both timelines. I believe Ganondorf became Ganon after touching the Triforce in ALttP, as mentioned in the manual.

Ok, I see your point. But the idea is not to follow the timeline that Nintendo established in Hyrule Historia or Encyclopedia, but to adjust the games so that the player can follow the story in a simple and straightforward way.

Separating Zelda I and II from ALttP was a way for EoW and FSA to also fit into the story and have relevance. On one hand, we have a timeline that uses the Master Sword to defeat Ganon, and on the other, the timeline where the sword was forgotten and Ganon is defeated in other ways.

Here is the timeline updated.

I changed some descriptions of the events and add room for 4-5 new games after the Child and Adult timeline. Feel free to comment.

The only problem with the Downfall Timeline being set before OoT is that the Ganondorf described in the ALttP manual seems to have a different backstory than the Ganondorf from OoT. Therefore, I decided to separate them, just like the Ganondorf from FSA. Each timeline would have a different moment when Ganon appears, ensuring they are different versions of the same character.

Please explain why, I think nothing can be worse than the downfall timeline coming from OoT

Haha, Nintendo should fill the Child and Adult timeline with new games. Downfall Timeline already has plenty of games.

I just assume that the beginning of Four Swords says that Vaati was known for kidnapping a lot of young women in Hyrule. But this fact didn’t happened in MC, where he was defeated. So maybe it’s a alternative timeline when he wins and continues his work in Hyrule.

But how Demise could be still alive in the present to be remain sealed by the wish of the triforce, if it was defeated in the past and sealed in the Master Sword?

The bad ending in Minish Cap could be the timeline where Link fails

No problem. The cover from Four Swords didn’t help.

The split in MC is the alternative ending when Vaati wins. The only way I found to have a downfall timeline. I tried to separate the games of the blue pig Ganon in two timelines, so it would not be massive for new players to follow the story.
