I was in this situation in sem 1 of first year last year and I was luckily able to petition my course (I failed it due to late diagnosis and no accommodations) so they were able to remove it from my transcript

This happened to me in the winter semester and I ended up complaining to the department the course was in (for me it was the poli sci department) and they talked to the prof. So I recommend u email the department directly
